All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any product purchased. By completing your transaction, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in its entirety.

No Refunds

Payments made for our products are non-refundable. We will not grant a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:

• A change of mind after purchase.
• The customer's failure to pick up the order at the agreed-upon schedule.

No Returns or Exchanges

Given our business model, we do not have a process for accepting returns or facilitating exchanges. The product, once collected, cannot be returned.

Order Pickup and Inspection

It is your responsibility to collect your order from our designated pickup location. We will notify you when your order is ready and schedule a convenient pickup time.

We strongly encourage you to inspect your product at the time of pickup to ensure it meets your satisfaction and corresponds to your order. By accepting the product from us, you confirm that you have received it in good condition.

Failure to Pick Up

Failing to collect your order does not make you eligible for a refund. If you do not pick up your order, it will be considered forfeit after a holding period of seven (7) days, and the payment will not be refunded.
